The Story

Built from real MSP experience.

Jerry Garcia spent 8+ years working in IT and managed service provider environments across the Houston area — handling everything from M365 tenant migrations to Fortinet firewall deployments, Apple Business Manager rollouts, and Azure identity projects for companies of all sizes.

The pattern he kept seeing: small businesses were either paying enterprise MSP rates they couldn't afford, or making do with whoever the office "tech person" was. Neither option was good enough.

Prism Pixel is the answer to that gap — boutique, direct, and built around the same toolstack that enterprise IT teams run, without the ticket queues, the call centers, or the markups.
