What counts as a "support session"?
Any remote session up to 1 hour focused on a single issue or task — troubleshooting, configuration, training, or maintenance.
Are software licenses included?
No — Microsoft 365 and Azure licenses are billed directly through your account. We help you choose the right plan and manage everything after that.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Additional sessions and project work are billed at $125/hr. We'll always give you a heads-up before any out-of-scope work.
Do you support macOS and Windows?
Yes — both platforms are fully supported across all plans. Mixed environments are no problem.
Can I start with one-time project work first?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a project like an M365 setup or network audit, then move to a retainer. No pressure either way.
